Hello I am asked to design a solar panel tracking system with following features

The system should demonstrate the control of the motor motion (pan, tilt and rotate) to

constantly track the maximum solar power captured during the day.

Features to be included, but need not be limited to:

     Voltage to digital conversion

 Display LED for power level display

 Wireless Interface between controller to Pan-Tilt motor

 Self calibration algorithm to initialize the motor to the starting position.

     Decision Algorithm.

 Timer to keep track of the time of day to differentiate night and bad weather.

Eventhough all the detailed specifications are given our only prior requirement is only to track the sun by changing the suns position.Rest is not a must.We can not use Arduino and programming must be done on C or C++ or Assembly language. Please help
