In SMS base notice board,u use a GSM module to send message to the microcontroller and this is den transfer 2 ur display sectn.the type of microcontroller u ar using determine what u need according 2 d previous reply.do you actually have knowledge of microcontrollers before.if not you should search for the internet for the tutorial and start from somewhere.You can post your problem incase u have any.

using the rs232 serial cable,from modem to max232 ic , which convert the instruction into understandable form for MCU.

Hi,

   I think you want to made rolling display(generally we saw on buses) which upgrade the msg from GSM.For that you need to implement led circuit using shift register.
