Microcontroller › AVR › smoke alarm and I2C protocol
can I2C protocol is compatible with any smoke alarm or smoke dectector.
what I mean is ,I want to send information from smoke detector when ever fire causes in any floor or room ,i have to send information through I2C protocol to master controller.Is that possible.
Which smoke sensor module you are using? There is sensor module from maximintegrated which supports I2C interface.
