    hello…

i am building a digital  ic tester using 8051 microcontroller….

for simulating the circuit on proteus i need a zif socket…which i think is unavailable (or i could not locate)….

can anyone plz help me out as to what to do…..

also when i get the socket (say)….how am i suppose to mount the ic on it(virtually)?

ZIF socket is not at all a component that can be simulated. its a simple SOCKET

what will you simulate in that???????

if you want to test any chip in your logical circuit then directly put that chip – thats it
