actually pir sensor will work in absence of sunlight as it is based on temperature ,but I needed sensor in sunlight also

there are capacitive and inductive proximity sensors also. i dont know how efficient they are

inductive proximity sensor is good choice but problrm is it is not specifically for humans(like loads) like pir sensor. ok if you can explain your need then i ll suggest better.

Thanks for ur response,I am going to do a project in which I need to detect a human. This is at the open place means in the presence of sunlight or not it will be depending on d situation

proximity sensors detects objects also, so that one is i think not suitable for your application. and can you explain what is your's project application.

Yes,surely I can explain about my project I.e I will place this kit on top of my house to detect a human in day time and night time. This is for detection of thieves and unknowns when I am in my house or not

nyt time you can use pir sensor but day time???  ok why your choosing in this way only you can choose another security plan like IR , or basic security syaytems. those are cheaper and suitable for your application also.

In d day time when I am sleeping I want a alarm by this signal
but in case of other security systems they will capture the situations
so I need a sensor which will detect only human in d daytime

OMRON D6T thermal sensor is able to detect the presence of stationary humans by detecting body heat, and can therefore be used to automatically switch off unnecessary lighting, air conditioning, etc. when people are not present (regardless of whether they move or not).

and image capturing also a method you can try it.

when the temperature in the atmosphere is same as the body heat there will be a fault in the detection, even there is no human
