Hey friend, to display your name on lcd is very easy , you can get the code from the following links

    http://www.engineersgarage.com/microcontroller/8051projects/interface-lcd-at89c51-circuit

    http://www.engineersgarage.com/microcontroller/8051projects/display-text-LCD-AT89C51-circuit

and for digital clock on lcd you can either use RTC(real time clock) or can simply do it by using a controller only

you can get code for rtc from following link

    http://www.engineersgarage.com/microcontroller/8051projects/lcd-clock-rtc-12c887-AT89C51-update-interrupt-circuit

    and code for simple clock

    http://www.engineersgarage.com/microcontroller/8051projects/LCD-based-digital-clock-AT89C51-circuit

and in last i would advice you to first look at site for programs you need, as most of them are there, in that way you will save both your and others time.
