    hi

i had this project of u long time ago by chance i got a RFID so i implemented this circuit of u but i have a problem first i made this on atmega 16L and then i made configs with nothing but ext osc while programing and then i made the circuit so it is running so well but when i passed the card in front of rfid it resets the id code but shows code with random characters like ****>><<777&# like this but not as such these characters so it is updating on the other card but still not exact code kindly tell me did i have done somthing wrong or else

i used jsxzlz rfid reader and used its pins TX on the RX of db9 and PC pin onTX of DB9 should i upload the picture too

    kindly tell me
