how to program GPS to send out only GPRMC & GPGGA every 5 sec??

i have mailed you on given address.please give me a suggestion on it.

hey any one give me any hint about GPS.I have try the program listed in the EG but its not working any more and i conclude that may be controller is slower than the GPS so i want to slow down GPS for 5 sec delay.
