problem during voting machine project …………

i have some problem……….. plz help
im doing voting machine project. i follow the same steps as given on the site .
but my lcd display shows blocks … so tell me whts the problem plzzz help………’

the  “shows blocks” problem comes mainly because of two resons… one it might be losse connctions or secondly the dealy b/w Enable on and off time my advice please cross check these two things.. let us know till where you have reached….
