problem during dump the progrm in arduino uno

i have implemeted this project on arduno uno using em 18 rfid..now i hv problem on coding and  most imp uploding this progrm in arduino ide software. since there is no error  occuring while compliling prograame..i m confused  pl can u help me.

please check once again port and board settings, i think you may sure about those settings so, post your code ,then i may help better.
