Power Supply

I have this project given to me to help design and is left-out with no power supply but the Vin is 28v max, am wondering the required transformer to use and what capacitor is required for the circuit. Is urgent so pls I will definitely need an answer in 3hrs and thanks in advance.

I cant get you?generally power supply is designed to convert 230v Ac current based on our requirement.wat you mean by 28v input voltage?den what output is your requirement?

Why would you need a transformer and a capacitor again at the output of the power supply?
