PIC16F887 To Connect With Sim908 Problem

we face a problem when we interface sim908 module with hyperterminal and when we start module then hyperterminal shows

and then does not response any AT Command when i send thrugh the hyperterminal

and second…….. how to configure module in GPS mode to Get GPS data…….Plz solved this problem…. in Advance thanks…
