I am looking for any kind photodioda for infrared receivers. like project visitor counter. What kind of receiver and transmitter are you using?
The commonly available photodiode which looks like a 5mm led can do the job. Don’t worry about the specifications, with the help of a variable resistor you can adjust the sensitivity.
