op amp circuit

I came across a question in a test paper recently asking, describe an op amp circuit which over comes loading effects, Any idea’s?

op amp it self is a solution for loading effect. the main phenomena of loading is source can not drive load, not enough current.  

op amp has high ip impedance and very low op impedance. that is the most required things to over come loading.
