how to interface 8051 microcontroller with Nokia mobile 1208,please anybody help me,and also tell that 8051 voltage level is from 0-5v but mobile support 0-3.5v i think then how to make both compatible?

quite a late reply but still would like to help.. since you want to deal with sending and receiving of messages, you might want to check out the GSM modules available.!
