    can u tell me wat do u exactly mean by a wind sensor….if it is speed of the wind u want to measure.

     

    then it is quite simple .it can be done by using rotating fan and basic IR sensor.

    hello gaurav thanks for writing me.

    I already have thought about rotar. this is to find open windows or doors in a room. so the idea is using some kind of sensor it can be anything to detec the move ment of air through the open windows or doors.

    Hi Vshngnth,

    Let me ask you if there is time when there is no wind, then how can your device detect the open door or window?

     thanks mate. Have u got any idea to figure open windows/doors ? im kinda lost already…

    Hi,

    The best thing I can suggest is “Reed sensor” (google it), but you have to install one sensor on each door and window.
