    I need to disigne a robot having verticle take off and landing facility. For the purpose I need a high torqe, lightweight and high rpm stepper motor.

    Stepper motor is a very bad option for this project. Stepper motors are heavy, too slow and current eating. Suggest you to search for any high speed servo motors.

    try to use CD rom motor

    That is a better suggession. Just google it and you can find lot of examples of aircraft models using CD player motor.
