NCP304 for battery low voltage detection

Hello,

I have Li ion 3.7 V single cell battery and I want to prevent it by deep discharge. So by using NCP304 I can monitor threshold voltage at 3V. Since it has got active low or active high output for reset so I want to drive a mosfet as switch in a such manner that when my input voltage is greater than 3V , the load deliver same as input and when input is less than 3V it disconnect the load.

So could anybody suggests me that how to drive MOSFET and which Mosfet should I prefer for 4A load.

I want use device in open drain configuration.

Or please recommend me any other CMOS IC which full fill my requirement.
