more channels for RF module project

hello friends

i am using RF module for wireless control alongwith HT12D & HT12E..

but the problem is that it provides only 4 channels for control.

is there any other way through which we can increase the number of controls without using a micrcocontroller?

 u can use ht640 and ht648 for 8 channels

y u going for micro controller alternative way is encoder decoder by using the enfcoder and decoder we can eassly get upto 16 controls
