    hii,

     I am doing project of digital password door locking system but i coulnt fully understand the diagram given on this site…please give me more accurate diagarm for same c code published on this site i need it for my final year project

    For me it looks neat and easily understandable. Have you tried this circuit before you say it is not accurate?

    i dint understand if keybord will require 5v power supply or not….please tell me

    i hv not seen the circuit but i will say you can connect keypad in two ways

    in simple way you can directly connect rows and columns of keys to IO pins of device. no need to connect ground or supply.

    in another way if you want to source or sink current when key is pressed throuch external source, you have to connect Vcc to keys
