Isolate two power inputs from each other

Hi,

 

Could someone point me in direction (article, project or schema) how to isolate two power inputs (A and connectors from each other?

When A is connected it does not pass current to  B connector? 

Also only one (A or is suppose to pass current to output connector C.

Input connectors A and B are rated 5V and up to 6W, same as output C.

that so simple. u can use change over type relay. connecte A and B with NC and NO terminals and C with commone terminal thats all
