Microcontroller › PIC › iron core in LVDT
i m working on a project in lvdt. Can’t understand what’s the use of iron core in LVDT?????
please help me. thanks
Hi Anurag
Iron core helps in establishing the induction process which further produces output vaoltage. This type of transformer is generally used in position feedback mechanism. The external movements change iron core's position which in return gives the output voltage accordingly.
Hope this helps:)
