Hi ! have you any IR Tachometer (Speed Counter RPM) using ATMEGA16?

Hi Yahee

Why cant you go proximity sensor.What my suggestion is You can fix the sensor on shaft of the dc motor.Then Keep on LDR or photodiode in oppsite .It will count the rotations and you can easliy calibrate the same ……………
