well iam working on IR CAMOUFLAGE.

for target detection in night , army uses IR IMAGING AND TO CAMOUFLAGE WE ARE TRYING TO COVER THE TARGET WITH THE PLATE WHICH WILL CHANGE THEIR TEMPERATURE ACCORDING TO APPLIED VOLTAGE AND HENCE CREATING FAKE IR SIGNATURE.

let me first tell you what i hv understood

you want a plate whose temperature you can change/control so that IR signature of covered object will change.

is it any specific plate or its a simple metalic plate?
