interfacing of gsm module using interrupt

Hi

I am working on a project of home automation in which i am using sim300 gsm module.

i want to interrupt microcontroller when message is recieved.

can i do it by simply connecting tx pin of module to int0 or int1 pin???? or is there any other way??

one more thing, how to simulate gsm module in proteus??

hi there. it s not possible to interface mcu with gsm-300 at tx pin. because gsm module only reply after you send command at rx pin. you shoule use ringer out put for inturrept purpse . if possible tell me in briff.
