Interfacing internet with Microcontroller

Iam a newbie in this forum i wanna know is there any possibilities of connecting to internet through a microcontroller??

 

Internet Connection( Wifi or Broadband or ethernet )

 

Plz do reply even though u know little bit of info… It’ll be helpfull to evryone whos gonna participate in this discussion…
