    Hi,

I am making an automatic powder dispenser for my final year project. It should take in a number from a matrix keypad (which is the target set by the user) and then match it with the input from the digital weighing scale, and once it reaches the target amount, it should stop dispensing the powder.

But, I am facing problem in getting the input from the weighing scale, as I dont know how to get the input from the weighing scale(in order for the microcontroller to read the input and match it with the target).

Is there any particular type of weighing scale that can send the input to the microcontroller(that can be read)?

Or is there any other way I can read the values from a  normal digital weighing scale to the 8051 microcontroller?
