Guys i am trying to do a Bot which is operated by I.R remote,,It uses SIRC(Sony Infrared protol), and am planning to fit a “data transfer using I.R”

circuit on it..will it affect the control of my bot?…will the two Signals clash?(data transfer signal and I.R remote signal…) ,,,,ur suggestions pls..
