hello every one,
i m use a ht12d &ht 12 e,but my ht 12 d ic gives me false reading it's data pins are always high even when i didn't i connect my ht12 e to it.as my expectation it always remain low till it send some msg to it.
this is ckt diagram i used.
plz help me.
thank you
Hi there
There is nothing wrong with ICs or the circuit diagram it is just that the decoder's data pins are pulled up by default, so they will remain high until any low logic is received from it's paired encoder. Make sure to match their address otherwise no reception will be done.
Check out these links:
"engineersgarage.com/contribution/interfacing-rf-module-8051-microcontroller"
"engineersgarage.com/contribution/controlling-home-appliances-wirelessly-using-rf-technology"
thank you for you time sir,
but i checked my address pins again no change in output, rather than rf module i used a simple wire to join the encoder and decoder ics.
Whether your output is on before giving high signal in the transmitter side?
HT12D has built in latch at its output so
the data sent last from HT12E will remain present until new data is sent from HT12E
thanks to all soved my problem.
please post how your problem is solved.
