How to start embedded carrier

I am interested in embedded system design and want to develop my carrier in this field. But I don’t know how to start. I have done diploma in EC please help me to start my carrier in this field in Bangalore.

if you want to learn urself then start with arduino or raspberry pi from

EG labs / micro controller / arduino or raspberry pi
