How to program an 8051 (AT89C51)?

I’ve discovered a GREAT circuit at

that controls an 8-station “TV quiz show” .  The AT89C51 costs under $3, BUT the programmer (hardware and software) costs $everal hundred.  I’m hoping I can hire someone out there to program the AT89C51 I send to him.

Instead of 89c51 use P89V51RD2 which is costlier than 89c51 but has ISP mode and can be easily programmed via MAX232 IC using flashmagic software. It is pin as well as code compatible with 89c51
