    I want to know, which parameters to be refferd to in the data sheet to measure the reliability of microcontroller and IC.

    reading datasheet of all components and chips is the most required and primary step in electronics/embedded system design. one has to read, understand and interprit complete datasheet. micro controller datasheets refer

    operating temperature range,

    absolute maximum ratings,

    I/O voltage rating,

    I/O current ratings
