its very easy to understand ADC with link given on site but that works for +VE range of voltage and my question is “is it possible to make microcontroller understand -ve voltage? HOW?”

Texas instrument gives ADC IC’s with ads series which is a serial ADC by using that you can detect -ve voltages also.
