can any one give me step by step guidance for measuring maximum current of a 24v DC motor.

    many thanks.

a better way would be to check the datasheet of the manufacturer. It will surely be mentioned there.

Every device including DC motor have a maximum rated current. My logic says it won’t be safe to measure it yourself as it may damage the device. You better search for the datasheet to find the maximum ratings of all the parameters

it is quite easy if you know the RPM of the motor.Hence rpm is varrying with current. You can measure the RPM with tachometer. And then calculate the current
