How to controlled PIC 16F628A

Dear Admin,

 

I am in progress to create an Inverter pure sine wave (12 V – 220V). My problem is about that PIC. is PIC need to programming or it has an programming directly?

If it need to programming, what kind of microcontroller I should use ? for example, Arduino or ATMEGA ?

For Every Microcontroller there is a programming. you have to code accodring to your requirement for project. If you are new to Microcontroller you can just start with arduino microcontroller programming.
