How to communicate AT89C51 with PC via USB port

I have to transfer data from PC and it is stored in external memory connected to AT89C51 and vice versa for which a software is installed in PC. So I want to know what are the steps involved and which pin of 8051 microcontroller usb port is connected  to communicate with PC in this case. Thank you.
