confused about low level and high level program mode and i disabled mclr pin for data reading. help me

 

 

Gosh! used every inch of pic with no confussion but wth with programming. and i want to use icsp as i dont have enough to buy pick kit 2/3

Help me this project has cost me over 5000 and i am empty now

use PICKit3 it is very easy to use
