Help wth component values AC motor control

Hello everyone.  I am new here.  I have been away from electronics for more years than I care to say, so I need some help.

I am looking for a tutorial to help me choose component values for a circuit design.

It's a simple diac-triac speed control for an AC motor

Can someone please point me to an online tutorial on choosing the correct component values for this project?
