Microcontroller › 8051 › help with the code of digital alarm clock/ thermometer
I’m building the clock/ thermometer project . I’m using the code and it work fine, but I need more than one alarm and more than one output; for example this is what I need three different outputs, the first one for alarm 1 and 2, the second one for alarm 3 and 4, and the last one for the countdown (or an alarm by hours for example every 72 hours or 120 or 24). Like I said I’m a not good in programming that why I consider myself a beginner, but on the other hand I’m good with logic and gates so I create a circuit using a combination of OR, NAND, XOR and some d and jk flip-flops to make different alarms sound for each alarm. And it will make a mix once the countdown reach it reset.
any one able to help me update the code or Explain to me if this is possible or not.
I have a ds12887 RTC available for the project if it makes things easier or more efficient.
Thanks alot and I appreciate all the help.

hmm . you used XOR for that, what is the simple circuitry of the XOR??
i know this is kinda off topic, but XOR circuitry is making me crazy. i cant design it well. thank you
can u elaborate the problem……………
can u send circuit diagram that u made by gates……..??
Heyy
i m working on ‘“Celsius & Fahrenheit Scale digital Thermometer using 89c51.”
it is much more similar to ur project except of buzzer system..
i hv came to know that only hex code can b burn into the 89c51..
please tell me how can i get that hex file of the c language code of the project-
actully i m new here & it’s my 1st microcontroller project..
Please give me any other knowledge which might be helpful for me..
plz rply fast..
