    once again thnak you soo nuc for your help.

     

    I managed to covert to hex, etc

     

    However few questions:

     

     

    Btw im using AT89S52

     

    1. when i power up i get random displays on seven segment display and randomly get it correct (0000) after switichin the power supply on and off.

     

    2. start and stop works fine. but when i press stop it jumps a few seconds.

     

    3. im using seven segment with specs of (http://uk.rs-online.com/web/search/searchBrowseAction.html?method=searchProducts&searchTerm=588623&x=0&y=0) Is that ok?:

    in second question what do you mean by jump few second i didn’t get you…
