helmet sensor/switch

hello im looking for a switch/sensor for a diy project,basically to turn on my bluetooth when i put my helmet on,im working with micho switchs due to the high sensitivity,but maybe a bit too bulky,i was wondering if anyone have some idea on what can i use.

im using switch becouse its a 3v powered and a sensor would suck the life of it very quick.

i appreciate any help,looking forward to it

u can use micro push button switches that are very small in size
