I'm hoping someone can help me to get my hc-06 bluetooth module up and running. It appears the problem is the hc-06 remains disconnected from the computer however it is paired. The led on the hc-06 keeps flashing, which indicates it is paired. The voltage to the RXD on the hc-06 is much to low 0.96 volts. The TX pin from the Arduino is connected to a 4.7 k resistor which comprises the voltage divider with a 10k resistor. According to the manufactuer the voltage to the RX on the hc-06 must be at 3.3 volts. When the jumper wire from the TX is removed the voltage measures 4.8 volts, which is expected. However the voltage being supplied to the RX on the hc-06 is 0.91 volts, which is much to low. Apparently someting is bring the voltage down.

    Any suggestions is appreciated.

    Hi

HC-06 datasheet says that LED blinks when the module is in either AT command mode or is not connected/paired. When it gets paired/connected LED remains steady ON.
