my project is to design a system where i can detect the faulty street lights and automatically get the message through gsm to my control room that a fault is occured.

i am using LDR under my street lights and checking the status of the pins where the LDR is connected but my code is not working ,as i am unable to recieve the message through gsm even if the status of the pins are satisfying .

can anyone help me out in coding part??
