Microcontroller › AVR › GPS with AVR microcontroller
Hello
I want to know that the project which you guys have posted that ” how to interface the GPS with AVR microcontroller ” use which GPS receiver .
I want to know the name of that GPS receiver and also is it easily available in India , if yes , than from where and also what is the cost of this GPS receiver.
I am in need of a cheap GPS receiver to which I can easily interface with the AVR Atmega 16 microcontroller.

there are number of robotics online portals in india too… you can search on google… serach for online robo shops in india… here i am naming few robokits, tri, nexrobotics….

you can use any…
we have used “ProGin SR-91” from Taiwan
i also used the same gps module but the lcd only displays “we at”
i tried this for a no. of times and its getting frustating…………
Guyz please help me out…

and code also as given in site…
But even in PROTEUS and on simulation board(hardware) the output is just ‘ we at ‘ ………. please help !!!
