glcd interfacing

i copied the code from this site and checked its functioning on proteus but on hardware implementation nothing is displayed just backlight  seems to be glowing. i have used JHD12864e .Also 18th pin(Vee) is showing only +0.3 v. can anyone help me?

hi,

  it is a very simple task.

  by refering the datasheet of jhd12864 you can get the initial values you need to send to the lcd controller.

  if the code is working in proteus, you might have made some mistakes in the hardware connections.

  try it with another new GLCD, and do not make any mistakes while connecting.

pratiik, Most probababaly you have done some hardware mistake. Bcoz i checked code and used code from here. You can refer datasheet of graphical LCD and Connect variable resistance at VEE pin.

Hi  guys i am interfacing 128×64 glcd to 89s52 microcontroller i can display bimap images and also fonts thing is that i want to put corsur in it i am new to this so can any one help me regrding this
