fixing GPRS module to RFID reader

Hi.
Am santhosh Gampa.we have desktop based ultra high frequeny RFID reader of desktop version.means it read the rfid tag and stores in pc/lap with specific software. But we need to store the rfid tag reading information in cloud server with gprs/wifi connectivity equipment.Privioisly some one done this and succeeded now we needd to do my uhf buy no one helping us am requesting you to do help . Please do needfut.

Hi,

    Which microcontroller you are using?I think you need to add GSM modem for with the microcontroller and send the data on the cloud.I already done it several times.If you going to use GSM you need to set apn and server name and port for the TCP/IP.
