Guys, this is my first time using proteus and i’m facing some problem. I generate hex file from keil and loaded into the 8051 but it seems that nothing happen when i run the simulation, only the LCD turns on. Is it i am using some wrong components or what?

I build this circuit on the breadboard and it works fine. No problem with the code.

Please help as I need to proceed with my project. Help will be much appreciated. Thanking in advance.

Hello, Check the delay in code , or the values of the components like x-tal frequency etc.

    Hi there,

Thanks for your reply! I just realised I put the wrong frequency for my crystal!
