Where can i find reference designs for 78M6610 IC? The in built 24 bit processor in the ic is already programmed or it requires external programming for measurement? How to work with this IC?

It is written in the datasheet that

“24-bit energy measurement processor (EMP) with integrated firmware and flash memory”

from which I could understand that the firmware is already there, and hence it must be pre-programmed.
