the whole idea of cloud storage system was implemented using embedded systems completely and implementation also ready, thanks for friends who helped me with few components. if any body interested in knowing always welcome.TC
i have used P89V51RD2 microcontrollers…and nearly 5 micro controllers have been used. and ya pal soon i will share it, once i had done preparng report on it.
but as understanding, we have developed and controller node,2 storage severs(like virtual servers) same as used for cloud storage sytem and RS 485 bus has been used to communicate and also an master user has been developed who can see the stored data from different hard ware systems
but its an limited memory application.
to be clear, we are not using any PC and whole idea inplemented using only ic’s and major credit goes to person helped from isro:)

May I know which all communication protocols and the memory chips you’ve used?
main communication protocol we had used is RS 485…whole module will work with this network and an controller was develped to communcate between the modules…apart from this I2C has been used too…one main part of the project is that developing the proprietry packets has been designed too…so all communcation via RS 485 and as in form of packets

The projects being posted in engineers garage are ment for others to try out so that they can improve their knowledge and may be design a better one later. If you post the source code also then only it would be easy for others to try the same. If the source code is too big or you haven’t properly documented it, then just post the logic.
Video is not necessary, but if there is any, you can post it also.
Personally, I’m waiting for you post.
