    Anybody have an idea how to dim AC load with TRIAC after zero crossing with pic16f877a

    here is the project that uses micro controller with ZCD and SCR to dim the bulb

    you have to control the voltage input to the ac load that can be achived using triac…

    for that you have to control triggering angle of the traic using pwm… 

    google on that u will find enough on that….
